From creating an account and verifying your ID, to listing a property or finding your next home — here is exactly what happens at every stage.
For Tenants — how to browse & inquire
Step 01
Create your free account
Sign up with your email or Google in under 2 minutes and confirm your email address. Browsing is open to everyone, but you need an account to contact a landlord, save favourites or leave a review.
Step 02
Search & filter listings
Pick a region, then a town within it, and narrow by monthly rent, property type and bedrooms. Open any card to see the full photo slideshow, live view count, community rating and how long it has been listed. Add up to three homes to the comparison tray to see them side by side.
Step 03
Inquire & move in
Send a message or tap WhatsApp to chat with the landlord directly, share your preferred move-in date, arrange a viewing, and finalise the rental. Afterwards, rate the property and the landlord to help the next tenant.
For Landlords — verification & listing
Step 01
Verify your identity
Open your landlord dashboard and upload a clear photo or scan of your Namibian national ID, passport or driver's licence (image or PDF, max 8MB). Your document is stored privately and reviewed by our team — status moves from Pending to Approved, or Rejected with a reason so you can resubmit. Listing stays locked until your ID is approved.
Step 02
Choose a plan & pay
Pick the plan that matches how many listings you need, then pay by bank transfer or a Namibian mobile wallet such as Bank Windhoek EasyWallet. Upload your proof of payment — an admin confirms it manually and your subscription becomes active.
Step 03
List your property
Add the title, region and town, monthly rent in N$, property type, bedrooms and description, upload up to 8 photos, and set the WhatsApp number tenants should contact. Submit it for review — once an admin approves it, your listing goes live and you can edit or delete it any time from your dashboard.
