  • Profile Information: Role (Landlord or Tenant), profile photo, and any additional details you choose to provide.
  • Listing Information: Property details, photos, pricing, location, and availability provided by Landlords.
  • Payment Information: Proof of payment receipts and transaction references (we do not store bank account or card numbers).
  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interactions with the Platform.
  • Communications: Messages and inquiries sent between Landlords and Tenants through the Platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its features.
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts.
  • Process subscriptions and verify payments.
  • Facilitate communication between Landlords and Tenants.
  • Send important notifications, updates, and support messages.
  • Improve our services and user experience.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Between Users: When a Tenant inquires about a Listing, the Landlord receives the Tenant's contact details to respond directly.
  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services for hosting, authentication, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by Namibian law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage users to use strong passwords and keep their account credentials confidential.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

9. Third-Party Services

We use Google OAuth for authentication. When you sign in with Google, you are subject to Google's Privacy Policy in addition to ours. We only receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
